What is Integrated Health Management?
  1. Integrated Health Management (IHM) is a comprehensive approach to healthcare that combines various aspects of medical, behavioural, and social services to provide holistic care to individuals. The main goal of IHM is to improve health outcomes by ensuring that all components of a person's health and well-being are considered and addressed in a coordinated manner. We offer accessible, comprehensive, and personalised integrated health solutions that empower individuals and health practitioners to manage their and their clients’ wellbeing.

What is Bioelectric Meridian Therapy?
  1. Bioelectric Meridian Therapy is a natural health therapy that combines the best of both worlds and we’re proud to be the world’s leader in BMT training. Blending traditional Chinese medicine philosophy with scientific advantages, BMT delivers the effects of massage, acupuncture, cupping, dry needling and other natural modalities in a single session and has profound results in improving general wellbeing, organ health and functional movement.

What are the hours of operation?

Our operating hours are available from 10: 30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

We will accommodate the last appointment at 6:30pm. A booking request may be submitted at any time, though a lead time of at least 4 hours is recommended. Last-minute bookings may be entertained depending on our practitioners’ availability.

What is the mode of payment?

​We accept Paynow, Visa/Master Card, Alipay, Wechat pay.  

We strongly encourage payments to be made via non-cash methods. However, if cash payment is necessary, only Singapore dollars are accepted.

Can I extend the duration of treatment during the appointment?

We are happy to accommodate such requests depending on the availability of our practitioners

What if I am late for my appointment?

​To make the most of your treatment experience we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that should there be another booking immediately afterwards, your appointment may end as originally scheduled.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a change of practitioner within the first 10 minutes of the session.

What should I wear?

Anything that makes you comfortable, we will also provide disposable underwear for you to change for your treatment upon request.

Do you have separate changing / treatment rooms for men and women?

Our facilities are designed with privacy in mind. We offer separate changing rooms for each gender and individual treatment rooms to ensure that clients have a relaxing and secure environment during their visit.

Will I be pressured to buy packages or membership after my treatment?

We do not condone or subject any of our customers to any form of pressure-selling. We firmly believe in the performance of our treatments and will only prescribe what is best and suitable treatments or products according to the needs of each customer.

What are the different types of membership at IHM?

We have different tier of membership using credit system. You may seek our Integrated Health Consultants for more information.

Can I use my membership credit towards any service or product?

The membership credit can be applied towards all treatment service or retail product available at IHM store.

How can I track my IHM membership transaction history and credit balance?

You can easily track your credit balance by checking with our reception staff during your visit, or by contacting us directly. We ensure transparency and clarity so you can always know how much credit you have available to use.

How long are your membership packages valid for?

Unless otherwise communicated or extended in our sole and absolute discretion, all our prepaid packages shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months respectively from the date of purchase, or such other shorter duration as may be prescribed by us. Upon expiry, no refund will be issued for any unused sessions.
